Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Finnish pottery and ceramics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Free from any damage, wear, or alterations
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at infocenter@khythrankhoglore.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photographs of the damage when contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at infocenter@khythrankhoglore.world and we will provide instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or documentation

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at infocenter@khythrankhoglore.world.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
